1. Standard and Higher Packages
- Unlimited revisions within reason.
- Excessive or unreasonable revision requests may be subject to additional charges.
2. Ownership and Copyright
- Upon completion of payment, copyright for the final approved design(s) will be transferred to the client.
- We maintain the right to feature your designs in our portfolio, promotional materials, and website unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
3. Refund Policy
- Digitalndi operates on a no-refund policy once work has commenced.
- Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the company in cases of inability to deliver the promised scope of work.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to aid the design process.
- Delays in communication or approval may impact delivery timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Digitalndi will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- It is the client’s responsibility to verify trademark and copyright compliance before using the provided designs.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the terms will be resolved through mutual negotiation.
- Failing which, jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Jaipur, India.
